Too Faced Cosmetics Brow Envy Shaping & Defining Kit

It was a normal Sunday afternoon and my mother and I decided to go to Ulta. With all the willpower I had ever conjured, I actually managed not to buy anything. However, my mother was in need of a few things, one of them being an eyebrow kit. Due to the fact that we needed one readily available to us, I escorted her to the Too Faced Cosmetics section, where I introduced to her the Brow Envy Shaping & Defining Kit

Too Faced Cosmetics Brow Envy

The Too Faced Brow Envy Shaping & Defining Kit has everything you need to create the perfect eyebrows. With customized colors for blondes and brunettes, this kit contains everything from tweezers to tools and stencils and wax. The packaging, like all Too Faced packages, is absolutely gorgeous; displaying their signature gorgeous eye with a boldly illustrated brow.

Too Faced Cosmetics Brow Envy OPEN

Upon opening the kit, you notice on the top flap of the palette, there are instructions on how to create the perfect brow. My mother, who is inexperienced with using brow powders certainly needs the assistance, therefore Too Faced was smart to create a step-by-step diagram.

Too Faced Cosmetics Brow Envy INSTRUCTIONS

Below the instructions, you will see most of the brow staples you will be needing. Again this kit contains two highly pigmented, smooth powders, one for blondes and the other for brunettes. I do think that there should be more color options for people needing to fill in their brows, but I am going to assume that the two shades included are the most popular among consumers. Furthermore, you will notice a Setting Wax, something I find to be most helpful in a brow kit. This product is perfect for maintaining those stray brows and is perfect to use for creating a more dramatic effect. There is also a highlighter, a fabulous addition to creating a bold brow with a pop of shimmer! Lastly, a pair of mini tweezers, an angled brow brush and brow comb is included.

At first glance, you may not notice, but there is yes another small compartment. When you pull the tiny drawer out, it is here will you will notice the brow pencil and three different stencils. I personally have never used a brow stencil before, but it is certainly fun to play around with if you have some free time.

My mother has thinning eyebrows and she is in the process of attempting to grow them out. In the meantime, we needed something that we could use to complete her look and give her a statement brow. After purchasing this product, we rushed home to play!

Too Faced Cosmetics Brow Envy HOW TO

And there you have it...the deep, dark brow to complete the look! Thanks, Mom, for allowing me to play around! It was a fun Sunday! If you need a brow kit that is readily available for you to purchase, I highly recommend this kit!

What brow kit do you use?

  1. Currently I am using the ELF brow kit and love it! I have heard about this and may try it. I am neurotic about keeping my brows perfect. I pluck new hairs every morning and before bed. :/

I do love Too Faced products!!

  2. This set is perfect. The only thing it's missing IMO, & a lot of other sets exclude as well, are those handy brow scissors. I always have these stray hairs on the bottom of my brow that always come down & no matter how much wax/gel I put they wont stay up, they need to be trimmed. Great review hun :)

  5. Ohhh how fun! Makeup with mom is definitely a good afternoon! :) How would you compare it to the Sigma kit? I've been debating the two. I'm currently using the MAC stylish brow duo (brunette), it's great, but I'm still craving a complete kit.

    1. That is a tough one. I like the Sigma one better because it has many more shades to choose from. HOWEVER, if you want a cheaper alternative and the shades that are included with the Too Faced are exactly what you need, then go for it.

  6. Looks nice. I love my milani brow kit and also my clinique brow powder. Those are my two favorite. Works well and costs so little. :)
