Ipsy Bag - December 2012

I simply cannot see myself ever cancelling my Ipsy subscription! For $10, this bag is totally worth it and it is the only box, kit or bag that I get that has mostly cosmetics! I just love it! December was another great month and rather than carry on about how fantastic it was, I will just show you what products I received! ENJOY!!!

NYX Loose Pearl Eyeshadow

If NYX is in the bag...you know I'm happy! Most of you should know by now that I am a NYX junkie, but crazy enough, I have never tried their loose eyeshadow. A sin...I know! I have read other reviews of some who were not pleased with the color they got in their bag, but I couldn't be happier with mine! I got the shade Pearl, a light pink/beige shade that acts as a gorgeous highlight! Not only will it work on the eyes, but on the cheeks and/or lips as well! It is soft, long lasting and I just love it!

Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Pencil - Zero

My go-to pencils are always Urban Decay! They have the best pencils and it has become a cult classic overtime. What a treat to get another pencil, especially in one of my favorites...Zero! Urban Decay pencils are extremely creamy, long lasting and even waterproof!

Mai Couture Highlighting Papier

No...papier is not a typo! I have never seen such a product before. I will admit, I was a bit leary about it at first, but the shimmer this product provides is so gorgeous. All you have to do is take a sheet and rub it over the desired area and BAM, you have a lovely glow. The downside...it obviously gets all over your fingers.

Mirabella Primer for Face & Eyes

I have certainly used my share of primers. I like trying new ones all the time in hopes that I find ones that are even better than my previous choice. This primer isn't all that bad. It is oil-free and lightweight and I really do like it. I just find it is no different than any other primer that I have used. I like it, I use it, but it's not one of my favorites.

Be a Bombshell Lip Gloss

Red lip gloss, in December, just in time for the holidays...perfection! Some boxes and kits that I receive this time of the year have Spring and Summer colors, and honestly, it just pisses me off. Why would I use a bright shade this time of year? No, I am not one to live by the color rules of the world, but some shades are just not worth trying during a specific time of year.  Moving on...I was thrilled with this shade! I just love red and love wearing it any chance I get! This gloss is super shiny, creamy and not all that sticky. I feel that it moisturizes my lips and I just love it. I may have to find some more shades!

Urban Decay Naked Skin Beauty Balm

This was a nice little perk to this bag! However, I have mentioned before that I am not really into BB Creams. I never saw the hype and they are just not my thing. BUT, this one was pretty good! I am an Urban Decay fan, so I had no doubt in my mind that I wasn't going to like it. I didn't have enough in my sample to see a difference in my skin, but I did like how it felt and the effect it had. I usually steer clear of BB Creams, but I may have to purchase this product for the Summertime!

So there you go again...another successful month in Ipsy world! It just keeps getting better and better, therefore I am still remaining a loyal customer!
